Wear It in the Right Spot
Place the watch about two fingers from the base of your palm. Keep the cuff flat against your wrist.
STEP 2
Keep Your Wrist at Heart Level
Sit comfortably and bring your wrist to the same height as your heart. Support your arm and stay relaxed.
STEP 3
Stay Quiet and Still
Keep your body relaxed, feet flat on the floor, and do not talk or move while measuring.
The cuff should sit securely against your wrist without folding or shifting. If readings vary widely, check the fit and measurement position first.
Secure Fit
Wear the watch about two fingers from the base of your palm. Keep the cuff flat, aligned, and in full contact with your wrist.
Too Loose
If the watch feels loose or readings vary widely, tighten the strap by one or two holes for more stable contact.
Too Tight
Avoid tightening more than needed. The cuff should sit securely against your wrist without folding, shifting, or pressing unevenly.

Absolutely accurate. Like wow accurate. You have to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. It has to be tight and you have to be standing with your watch arm crossed over as in the picture. Incredible and convenient. Watch is a little heavy especially for a non-watch wearer but amazing for health stats. 6 Stars out of 5. Maybe it’s best for men - I can’t understand all the reviews saying it’s inaccurate.

Easy to use
It's handy. The battery lasts a long time. I feel hot under the band so I don't wear it all the time but I could get used to it.
Having used the smartwatch for a few days, i am happy with all the functions its provides. Setting it up was straight forward, and only took a few minutes.
As it is worn on the left wrist, i had trouble with fastening the strap as i am left handed, but this only a minor problem.

I am not compensated in any way for this review. I looked for a wrist blood pressure watch for years. Nothing fit the comfort and accuracy requirements. I bought this for my granddaughter and then bought one for me as I manage high blood pressure. If you are perfectly still it is accurate to within 3 points to my expensive arm monitor. I highly recommend it.

The watch looks great and works well. It takes some trial and error to find the position for the BP to be similar to a regular BP cuff, but once found the readings are similar, which is exactly what I was looking for. Good battery life as well.
The YHE bp watch measure blood pressure is a little off compare to arm blood pressure machine, but over all better than most blood pressure watch.

YHE BP Doctor Fit has been a genuinely helpful purchase for my family. I bought it for my mom (she deals with high blood pressure), and having a blood-pressure-capable watch she can use at home makes it much easier for her to stay consistent with monitoring.
What impressed me most is the BP feature itself: measurements are quick, and the inflatable cuff-in-band design feels far more “real” than the typical estimate-only smartwatches. YHE describes the FIT as using a patented inflatable air cuff and reports accuracy within about ±8 mmHg, and in day-to-day use it’s felt reliable and repeatable for my mom’s routine checks.
I also want to call out their customer support. When I had setup/notification issues, YHE’s support team was responsive and tried multiple troubleshooting steps to accommodate my situation, which I appreciated.

I received the watch quickly about two or three weeks ago. I’ve used the blood pressure features several times every day and get great results. I sometimes use the heart rate and other features, Great device, really works for me, good price too. I’d recommend it. It’s a little thicker than an Apple Watch but about a sixth of the price.
