The cuff inflates during a reading and displays systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse on the watch. Unlike cuffless optical estimation, BP Doctor uses a pressure-based measurement method.
No. Blood pressure measurements are started manually when you want to take a reading. The watch does not measure blood pressure continuously while you sleep, walk, or exercise. Supported models offer reminders to help you maintain a regular measurement routine.

No. BP Doctor smartwatches are not designed for swimming, bathing, or showering. Keep the watch and charging contacts dry, and avoid exposing the device to running water or excessive moisture.
