1. Agreement and Seller

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shop.yhetechs.com and purchases from YHE Technology. By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Our business address is Unit 8, 11/F, Guardforce Centre, No. 3 Hok Yuen Street East, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR, China.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site, products, accounts, content, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, security-compromising, resale-fraud, scraping, malware, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

3. Product Information and Availability

We work to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability. Screen colors, product packaging, software functions, and minor specifications may vary. A product’s label and user manual control if they differ from general website content. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products.

4. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Product classification and intended use vary by model. Unless a specific product page and official labeling expressly state otherwise, do not assume a YHE product is FDA cleared, FDA approved, or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Measurements can vary with posture, wrist fit, movement, environment, physiology, and device condition. Follow the user manual, use readings as directed for the specific model, and consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify information, decline or cancel orders, limit quantities, or request additional confirmation for fraud prevention, stock, pricing, regulatory, or shipping reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Promotions, coupon codes, bundles, gifts, and limited offers are subject to their stated terms, availability, and expiration. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

7. Payment

You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the amount shown at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be subject to authorization, identity checks, currency conversion, fraud screening, and provider terms. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Covered product defects are governed by our 12-Month Limited Warranty. Digital services, activated software upgrades, wholesale orders, and other special products may have additional or different terms disclosed before purchase.

10. Accounts and Communications

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting account credentials. You consent to receive transactional communications relating to orders, support, security, and service. Marketing messages are sent in accordance with your choices and applicable law.

11. Apps, Software, and Updates

Certain products may connect to a YHE app or third-party mobile platform. Software features, compatibility, subscriptions, and availability may change. You may not reverse engineer, bypass security, misuse, or redistribute software except where applicable law permits. Separate in-app terms or privacy notices may apply.

12. Intellectual Property

The site, brand names, logos, text, graphics, product images, videos, software, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to YHE and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for personal, lawful shopping and support purposes.

13. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, or feedback, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your experience, lawful, and does not infringe others’ rights. You grant YHE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt the submitted content for store, support, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. We do not require positive reviews and may moderate content for fraud, abuse, privacy, illegality, or irrelevance.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The site may contain services, applications, or links provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. YHE is not responsible for third-party content or services except as required by law.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for our written Limited Warranty and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility, or that all information will always be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YHE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise or liability cannot be limited.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing a formal claim, please contact support@yhetechs.com so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue. Where legally permitted, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.

18. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
