Order Size and Pricing

Wholesale orders generally start at 10 units, subject to product, market, inventory, certification requirements, and written quotation. Pricing is based on model mix, quantity, destination, payment terms, support requirements, and customization.

Commercial Terms

Wholesale orders are subject to a written quotation or agreement covering payment, lead time, shipping, acceptance, returns, warranty, territory, channel authorization, marketing assets, and regulatory responsibilities. Consumer store promotions and the retail Refund Policy do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.

Responsible Resale

• Sell only through approved channels and territories.
• Use current product labels, manuals, images, and authorized claims.
• Do not claim FDA clearance, approval, medical-grade status, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed accuracy without written authorization for the exact model and market.
• Maintain traceability for orders, serial numbers, customer complaints, and recalls where required.
• Follow local product, advertising, privacy, tax, import, and medical-device rules.
